Chef Jang's signature rolls. Choose from a selection of house specialty rolls, combining multiple flavours with careful precision to give you the best sushi experience possible.

Stir-fried Noodles

Light tempura batter is made in-house, using an authentic Japanese recipe. Each tempura item is battered, then crisp-fried until golden-brown.

Sashimi is individual pieces of raw fish, thinly sliced and served without rice.

Nigiri is individual pieces of raw fish and seafood, thinly sliced and served on top of a small bed of pressed sushi rice. Each nigiri item is priced per piece.
